Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the Caliptic software and this website.
1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Caliptic (the “Software”), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Software on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Software on machines and servers that you own or control, for your own internal use, within the user limit of your plan. You may not resell, rent, or sublicense the Software, or circumvent its licensing, except to the extent such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Plans and billing
- Free: one user, every feature.
- Business: up to 10 users — $100 per month or $1,000 per year.
- Enterprise: more than 10 users — $200 per month or $2,000 per year.
Paid plans are subscriptions sold and billed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. They renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Prices exclude taxes, which are added at checkout where they apply, and may change with reasonable notice for future billing periods.
4. Activation
A paid plan is activated on your installation with the purchase ID from your receipt. One purchase may be active on up to two installations at a time (for example production and a staging copy). When a subscription ends or is refunded, the installation returns to the Free plan; your data stays where it is.
5. Your installation and your data
Caliptic runs on infrastructure you operate. You are responsible for it: hosting, access control, backups, updates, and the content you and your AI agents create. We do not have access to your installation or its data.
6. AI agents and third-party services
The Software can run AI agents and connect to third-party tools and model providers that you configure. Their use is governed by your agreements with those providers. Agents can make mistakes and take actions with real effects; review their work and grant them only the access they need.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Software unlawfully, and not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it except where permitted by law. Open-source components included in the Software remain governed by their own licenses.
8. Intellectual property
The Software, this website, and their content are owned by KUZEY VİP PROMOSYON BİLİŞİM SAN. ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. and its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you no rights other than the license above.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KUZEY VİP PROMOSYON BİLİŞİM SAN. ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Software.
11. Termination
These Terms apply while you use the Software. We may suspend or terminate the license if you materially breach them. You may stop using the Software at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Purchases are additionally subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted here with the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
